As a child, Chelsea spent hours sketching animals from the pages of her favorite books, fascinated by all the things that make them unique. Growing up, she found joy in bringing characters to life—whether through doodles in the margins of her notebooks or sculpting creatures from clay. Encouraged by her mom’s artistic spirit, Chelsea developed a deep love for storytelling through illustration.

Today, that same passion drives her work. Chelsea loves creating adventurous and charming stories that spark nostalgia, wonder, and connection. She is especially drawn to stories about animals, childhood memories, and whimsical fantasy worlds, where humor and heart go hand in hand. Whether illustrating playful animal adventures or crafting immersive worlds, Chelsea aims to inspire readers to see the magic in everyday moments.

With a BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University, Chelsea has worked across animation, games, children's books, and education. Her clients include DreamWorks TV, Moon Active, Epic!, Atomic Cartoons, and Waterford.org, where she led a major character rebranding to create a fresh, modern appeal for young audiences. As both an illustrator and character designer, Chelsea continues to bring stories to life with warmth, imagination, and a touch of nostalgia.
