“I’m a Norwegian Children’s Book Illustrator, Comic book Artist, and Art Historian. For the past few years, I have worked for some of Norway’s biggest publishing houses and have illustrated over 15 children’s books and created more than 40 covers for various audiobooks. In addition to this I have also written and illustrated my own graphic novel, as well as a few shorter comics, nurturing my love of creating unique and interesting stories, characters, and universes. I am used to working on multiple projects at once, taking on both book series and standalones, and I always make sure to deliver a great set of illustrations by the set deadline.

In addition to working within the book publishing industry I also have experience creating editorial illustrations, posters, and packaging illustrations aimed at both adults and children.

I work in a variety of visual styles and enjoy tailoring my art to each individual project. A running theme throughout a lot of my work is that it is colourful and whimsical, often featuring an array of fantastical and diverse characters, creatures, animals, and food.

I have a vocation degree in painting from Einar Granum Art School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a master’s degree in art history and curating from the University of Oslo.”
